DOUBLE POLE & P3 PODIUM: PETROLIFE RACING DELIVERS AT TSS SEPANG

Petrolife Racing Team claimed pole position in both qualifying sessions, set the fastest lap in the GT4 division with a 2:14.893, and finished P3 overall and P2 in the Pro-Am category in Race 2 at the Thailand Super Series Sepang round — the team's most complete weekend of the season.

Petrolife Racing Team delivered its most complete weekend of the 2026 Thailand Super Series campaign under the floodlights of the Sepang International Circuit.

QUALIFYING The #77 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 set the fastest time in both qualifying sessions, securing pole position for Race 1 and Race 2. Double pole at a home circuit is the strongest possible opening statement — the operation arrived prepared and executed cleanly through both sessions.

RACE 2 RESULT In the second race of the weekend, the Petrolife entry crossed the line P3 overall and P2 in the Pro-Am category. The result is a double podium appearance for the team and the most valuable proof point of the GT4 programme to date.

FASTEST LAP The team also recorded the fastest lap of the GT4 division with a time of 2:14.893 — a marker of outright single-lap pace on top of the qualifying sweep.

WHAT IT MEANS This is the receipt the sponsor reel has been missing. Pole on home soil, a fastest lap in class, and a podium in the Pro-Am fold — a weekend that moves the GT4 story from 'competitive' to 'complete' and frees the operation to commit fully to the GT3 and Asian Le Mans Series preparation in France.

NEXT The team now steps away from the remaining TSS and China GT rounds to concentrate on the Asian Le Mans Series — Circuit Paul Ricard, 13–15 November 2026 — and the Mercedes-AMG GT3 programme that carries the line all the way to Le Mans.
